Flock Gaining Market Share Thanks to Firefox?

A few weeks ago Flock 1.0 launched. Having used Flock since the early 0.1 Alpha developer days I must say that the Flock team did a great job of making a solid browser with a lot of built in but not-in-your-face features. I don’t know what the statistics on Flock usage are but I know that the memory leak problems found in Firefox is definitely not hurting Flock. Duncan Riley wrote about it on TechChrunch and I couldn’t help but think back to the days when the future of Flock wasn’t so sure. Scanning through the comments on Techcrunch the majority of reactions mentioning Flock are very positive. The main criticisms has been that extensions can proved the same functionalities Flock has to offer. But why get all these extensions to slow your browser down when you can have them all integrated tightly?
So, if you are reading this, do yourself a favour and get Flock 1. 0
