I doubt that they would make a mistake so easily as you are suggesting, however, it is a possibility. But this will also improve the chance that a user makes a mistake. Computer savvy users like you and me wouldn't make a mistake quickly because we know that ImageReady and Photoshop both are Adobe applications. But less savvy users don't. They would perhaps uninstall applications that they didn't want to uninstall. Although a non prominent, by default unchecked, with confirmation message, checkbox would be the best solution :-) A select all option would indeed make the process easier. But this will also improve the chance that a user makes a mistake.
